ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Dr. Ts. Mohamed Ackiel Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree and obtained his Doctor of Philosophy both in Mechanical Engineering from MARA University of Technology, Malaysia. He is also a member of the Malaysia Economic Action Council (EAC).

WORKING EXPERIENCE AND OCCUPATION

Dr. Ackiel has been leading the Group’s initiatives in the frontier technology development and solutions in the field of XR technology, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, digital transformation, and robotics.

Through his vast experience, the XR projects has won numerous awards namely the MSC APICTA A.I. Technology Award (SMART Maintenance) and WCIT Award (SMART Maintenance) both in 2019 and Frost & Sullivan Malaysia O&G Maintenance Service Tech Innovation Leadership Award in 2020.

Currently, he is advocating the development of an award-winning digital one-stop center solutions (SMART Maintenance) and Global Innovation Hub Data Centers in several countries.
