KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has bagged 15 operations and maintenance (O&M) and engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contracts in Malaysia, Indonesia and Nepal.
The contracts were secured through Serba Dinamik’s Malaysian and Indonesian subsidiaries, according to Bernama.
Of the 15 contracts, eight were valued at US$67.7 million (RM286.3 million) with the duration of works up to May 31, 2024, the national news wire said, citing a statement from Serba Dinamik.
The global integrated oil and gas service provider’s PT SDI unit secured three O&M jobs in Indonesia namely two from PT Pertamina and one from Saka Energi Muriah Ltd.
Through Serba Dinamik International Ltd, the company was awarded one EPCC contract for a 57.3-megawatt Myagdi Khola hydropower project in Nepal’s Gandaki province.
The group also won several contracts from Gas Malaysia Distribution Sdn Bhd.
Serba Dinamik chairman Datuk Ilyas Mohamed said the contracts were evidence that the company’s operational business was still in a good shape despite the challenges it was facing on the corporate front.
“Backed by our good track record, we are optimistic that Serba Dinamik has strong capability to deliver those 15 projects while ensuring that they contribute to the company’s revenue stream,” Ilyas said in the statement.
Serba Dinamik said the contracts were expected to contribute positively to its earnings for the financial year ending June 30, 2022.
